ANSWER: You can get reward points from any registered merchant in your country.

2. WHAT KIND OF MERCHANTS DO GO SHOPPING REWARD COVER?

ANSWER: Go Shopping Reward is available to all categories of merchants and businesses offering goods and services online and offline. The different categories of merchants are available in the "SEARCH" button.

3. HOW DO I LOCATE A MERCHANT OFFERING GO SHOPPING REWARD?

ANSWER: Go to the search button and select the category of merchant and location.

4. CAN I REGISTER MORE THAN ONE MOBILE NUMBER?

ANSWER: Yes you can, provided it is a number that belongs to you. Go shopping reward will verify if the number belongs to you within 7 days of registration. If the number fails the verification test, it will be deleted and any reward points will be lost.

5. HOW SOON CAN I START USING MY REWARD POINTS?

ANSWER: Your reward points is available for use once you have accumulated points to the minimum cash out in your country.

6. CAN I TRANSFER MY REWARD POINTS TO ANOTHER USER?

ANSWER: Reward points can only be transferred to listed charities in the Go Shopping Reward site for your country.

8. DOES MY REWARD POINT EXPIRE?

ANSWER: Your reward points do not expire.

9. IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE VALUE OF REWARDS POINTS I CAN KEEP?

ANSWER: Yes. The maximum number of reward points allowed in any account at a time is 50,000 points. To add more reward points you must cash out some or all of the amount in your pot.

10. CAN I USE MY REWARD POINTS IN ANOTHER COUNTRY?

ANSWER: No. Your reward points can only be used in your country.
