Refund & Reversal Policy (Shoppers + Merchants)

If a qualifying purchase is later refunded or reversed, Go Shopping Reward, upon notification by the merchant, reserves the right to remove associated promotional reward points from the buyer’s profile.

This allows the merchant to reallocate those promotional reward points to another qualifying purchase within the applicable promotional period.

Promotional reward points are non-monetary and are used solely to calculate discretionary promotional rewards approved and paid in cash by Go Shopping Reward.

Where a qualifying purchase is partially refunded, Go Shopping Reward may, upon notification by the merchant, adjust associated promotional reward points proportionally to reflect the final purchase value.

Adjusted promotional reward points may be removed from the buyer’s profile and reallocated to another qualifying purchase within the applicable promotional period.

Promotional reward points are non-monetary and are used solely to calculate discretionary promotional rewards approved and paid in cash by Go Shopping Reward.
