Go Shopping Reward does not sell any physical goods. Rewards points earned will not be deducted from the users Go Shopping Reward account after refund of goods.
However, Merchants may deduct the cash equivalent of the reward points earned for the returned item during a refund.
Kindly check the return policy of any merchant as Go Shopping Reward is not liable to or responsible for return policies of merchants registered on the site.

This Return & Refund Policy outlines your rights and procedures in accordance with UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund, subject to the conditions below.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
Returns must include any accessories, manuals, or promotional items that came with the product.
Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g. perishable goods, personal care items, or software that has been unsealed).
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact the merchants Customer Support Team within 14 days of receiving your order.
You may receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
Send the item(s) back to the designated return address.
Once your return is received and inspected, the merchant will notify you regarding your refund approval status.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds are usually issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after receipt Of your returned item.
Shipping costs (where applicable) are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Refunds may be issued less the value of any reward points granted at the time of purchase. For example: if your purchase earned £5 worth of reward points, and you later return the item, that £5 may be deducted from your refund total.
If the reward points have already been used before the return, the equivalent value will be deducted from your refund.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify the merchant within 14 days of receipt. Merchant may arrange a replacement or full refund, including any delivery charges.
5. Exchanges
Some Merchants do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, you may have to return it for a refund and place a new order.
