GO SHOPPING REWARD HOW IT WORKS.

FOR MERCHANTS:

REGISTRATION AND SET UP.

The Merchant Registers for free using the merchant registration form either on the web page or the mobile APP. Then the merchant logs in using your User ID which the registered mobile phone number and password.

Upon Logging in the Merchant will see zero points in their POINT BOX to give out. To start giving out points, the merchant has to Click on 'TO ADD REWARD POINTS CLICK HERE' on their dashboard to buy the value of Reward Points Visibility (RPV) they wish to have. This reward point visibility will be displayed in their search listing on the website. The amount of Reward Point Visibility a merchant has determines the amount of reward points the merchant can give.

For physical store merchants Once merchant has added Reward Points Visibility they can 'MANAGE CASHIER' from the drop drop-down menu, beside their user name, to add or remove cashiers authorized to give reward points. Without this they cannot give out rewards. They can add as many cashiers as they require at any time.

GIVING REWARDS

There are three ways to give Reward points to Buyers:

  1. Filling the user id manually: Here he Merchant clicks 'MANAGE POINTS', then "GIVE REWARD POINTS". This leads to the form that says ‘CREDIT BUYER’. The merchant enters the value of the buyers purchase, as well as customers user ID (Mobile phone number) and submits.
  2. SCANNING THE APP QR CODE..The merchant can scan the buyers QR code from the buyers APP, to get the user ID and then fill the Purchase amount manuallyand submit.
    If you are an online merchant, connect your checkout to Go Shopping Reward using the API code in your dashboard.
  3. ONLINE PURCHASES. Online merchants do not need to set up MANAGE CASHIER or fill any form manually. Once online merchants have integrated their website using the simple GO SHOPPING REWARD API in the drop down menu, the reward is automatically transferred to the buyer once the buyer enters their user ID during checkout.
  4. HOW MERCHANTS CAN MAKE THEIR EXISTING IN-HOUSE REWARD SCHEMES COMPATIBLE WITH GO SHOPPING REWARD.

    If a Merchant already has an in-house reward scheme, they continue with it and still alow their customers enjoy the benefits of GO SHOPPING REARD. The merchant just creates a regular Merchant account on GO SHOPPING foREWARD and gives their buyers option to convert their in-house reward to GO SHOPPING REWARD.

    To do this, the merchant will need to create virtual purchase codes representing different sales values and include there codes in their inventry. For example the merchant can create purchase codes representing £1, £2, £5. Once their customer has accumulated in-house rewards and want to convert the value of the in-house reward to GO SHOPPING REWARD, the merchant just uses the virtual codes to deduct the in-house reward points from the buyer as if the buyer is redeeming their reward frm the store and then credits the equivalent reward point from their GO SHOPPING REWARD Merchant box to the buyers Go SHOPPING REWARD buyer box.

    PROMO CODES

    Merchants can use GO SHOPPING REWARD to promote specific products by generating promo codes . These are codes generated by Merchants on the GO SHOPPING REWARD website that can be made into stickers, coupons , etc, These codes when entered into the promo code box available to every buyers dashboard, will automatically credit the buyer with the points attached to the promo code.

    The merchant fills promo code form and submits.

    Submit Promo code request and you will be contacted by GO SHOPPING REWARD with instructions on Payment. Promo codes will be generated and sent to your dash board. You can download and use as you deem fit. Suggested ways to use Promo codes include as stickers, scratch cards, vouchers, printed on products etc. Your customers get the value of the promo code as Reward points added every time the codes are entered into the provision in their GO SHOPPING REWARD dashboard. You can monitor the number of Promo codes used from your Dash board.

    FOR BUYERS/SHOPPERS

    Buyers (SHOPPERS) also Register for free using their mobile phone number as user ID. Then login using their user ID and password on the web page or mobile APP. The buyer earns reward points in different ways.

    BY SHOPPING:

    The buyer can seach the website to find the nearest GO SHOPPING REWARD offline or online Merchant for their purchase using the SEARCH MERCHANT button. This search result also displays the Reward Point visibility of the merchant.

    At check out either offline or online, the buyer provides their user ID to the merchant and the merchant transfers their reward points to their reward point box in real time.

    BY PROMO CODES

    Buyers can also get shopping rewards from Promo codes. These are codes generated by Merchants on the GO SHOPPING REWARD website that can be made into stickers, coupons , etc, These codes when entered into the promo code box available to every buyers dashboard, will automatically credit the buyer with the points attached to the promo code.

    BY WATCHING ADVERTS/COMPLETING SURVEYS

    The buyer will receive an advert or survey notification once they log their APP, if an advert has been sent to them based on the advertisers selection criteria of location, age and gender.

    Once the buyer clicks the advert and allows the advert to run its full duration, the buyer will receive reward points attached to the advert or survey.

    CASHING OUT.

    Once the buyer has accumulated up to a minimum of 1000 Reward points,which is equivalent to £10 the buyer can request for a cash out by submitting their Pay Pal or bank transfer details and transfer will be done within 3 working days, with all appropriate transfer fees deducted.

    Payout account must tally with buyers registered details. Go Shopping Reward does not pay to cash out requests made on behalf of third parties.

    However buyers can transfer their reward points to the various UK charities registered on GO SHOPPING REWARD. Also buyers can use the user ID of any charity or any buyer registered on Go Shopping reward during online or offline checkout in order for th user ID to get the reward points.

    FAMILY ACCUMULATION OF POINTS

    Families can have one user ID which they can use for accumulating all their shopping reward points for online and offline purchases. However each family should register in order to also accumulate points from adverts and surveys.

    EVERY USER CAN ADVERTISE ON GO SHOPPING

    Every registered Merchant or Buyer, can use GO SHOPPING REWARD advert platform to reach their desired customers or audience at any budget.

    The advertiser first clicks on MANAGE ADVERT in the drop down menu.

    Then fills in the details of the advert which includes, lenght of advert, target location, target audience and budget. The advertiser then enters the amount of Points Per view, which is the number of points anybody who runs the advert to its full duration will get.

    Upon submitting the advert, the advertiser will be shown the number of recipients that will receive the advert, based on advert budget and then would have the option to make adjustments if need be.

    Once the advert is submitted, the advert will be reviewed by the admin and once it is approved, a notification will be sent to the advertiser to pay. The advert is activated as soon as payment is successful. Advertisers can monitor their advert performance in terms of how many views and what demographic has viewed them.

    Any unused Reward points after the advert expires can be reused.
